Tokenized Real Estate

Tokenized real estate uses blockchain based tokens to represent ownership, economic rights or another investment interest connected to property. Depending on the structure, investors might own interests in a company or SPV that owns the property rather than owning part of the property title directly.

Why it matters to you

Tokenization can make real estate investments easier to divide into smaller interests and potentially easier to transfer. But the property's underlying economics remain important. Location, rental income, occupancy, expenses, financing and property values still affect investment performance. Investors should also understand exactly what they legally own.
