Tokenized Stock Checker

Most wrappers above exclude US persons because the SEC's exemption for tokenized securities has been delayed twice in 2026 and now points to 2027. Two things changed anyway: the SEC approved Nasdaq's rule to trade listed stocks in tokenized form (same CUSIP, same rights) tied to a three-year DTC pilot aiming for late 2026, and Dinari opened its transfer-agent route to eligible US investors on 2026-08-04.

If a token claims to be "the real share" for a US holder, look for a registered transfer agent or the DTC pilot behind it. A structured product, a secured claim or a derivative can track the price just as well; it is a different thing to own.

• Confirm you are allowed to hold it: the issuer decides, not the DEX.
• Know the exit: DEX liquidity, issuer redemption, or only the app. Thin volume above means the issuer is the exit.
• Match the dividend policy to what you want: paid out, reinvested, or credited off-chain.
• Check the backing evidence the issuer publishes, and how often.
