If you bought a course and need help with access, billing, or anything else, this is the right place. There is no separate support portal, no ticket queue, no chat widget. Just a person at the other end of a real inbox.
Pick a reason
All of these go to info@gnosisfi.com. The subject-line hint helps us prioritize.
Student support. You bought a course and need help with access, video playback, downloads, or progress tracking. Subject: support.
Refund. You bought within the last 14 days and want a refund. We process within 5 business days. Subject: refund. See the refund policy for what is covered.
Partnership or collaboration. You teach finance, run a community, or have a course you would like to bring to GnosisFi. Subject: partnership.
Press or interview. You are writing about GnosisFi or want a quote from the team. Subject: press.
Bug or something broken. The site did something unexpected. Include the URL, the browser you are using, and what you expected to happen. Subject: bug.
Privacy or data request. You want a copy of your data, want to correct it, or want it deleted. We respond within 30 days per our privacy policy. Subject: privacy.
What we cannot help with
We want to be honest about this upfront so you do not waste time emailing about things we will not answer.
Specific trade ideas. We are not a registered investment advisor. We do not tell you what to buy, what to sell, or when. The courses teach frameworks; the trades are yours.
Tax or legal advice. We do not know your jurisdiction, your filing status, or your situation. Talk to a licensed professional in your country.
Account access for someone else. We will not change account settings, share credentials, or refund a course on behalf of another person. The account holder has to email us directly.
Refund requests after 14 days. Those are at our discretion and the policy is firm. We are generally generous if the request is reasonable, but the 14-day window is the rule.
When you write
Include your account email if you are asking about a course you bought. It helps us find your record fast.
If you are reporting a bug, paste the URL where it happened. A screenshot helps even more.
If you are asking a question, you do not need a long preamble. Just ask. Plain English is what we write back in too.
