This is a contract between you and GnosisFi. It tells you what you can do with the courses and tools, what we are responsible for, and what you are responsible for. Short version: courses are educational content, not financial advice; you keep your account secure; we offer a 14-day refund; we are not liable beyond what you paid us.

GnosisFi is an educational platform. Everything on this site is for learning. Nothing on this site is financial advice. Nothing on this site is investment advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Nothing on this site is tax advice.

We are not a registered investment advisor. We are not a broker. We do not manage your money. We do not recommend specific trades to you.

Trading, investing, and cryptocurrency involve real risk. You can lose money. You can lose all of it. Past performance does not predict future performance. Examples and case studies in our courses are hypothetical or historical, and are not guarantees of any kind.

Make your own decisions. If you need advice for your specific situation, talk to a licensed advisor in your country.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Do not share your account with other people. If your account is shared, we may suspend it.

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If we close your account for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund.

What you buy

When you buy a course, you get lifetime access to that specific course. We do not retire courses, but we may update them. If we make major changes you get the update at no extra cost.

You get permission to view, download (where files are provided), and use the materials for your own learning.

You get the right to a refund if you ask within 14 days. See our refund policy.

You do not get permission to share your account with others. You do not get permission to republish, resell, or redistribute course videos, PDFs, or text. You do not get permission to use course content to train your own AI model. You do not get a guarantee of any specific financial outcome.

Free content

Calculators, the glossary, the first lesson of every course, and any sample lessons we mark Free are free for personal use. You can use the calculators for your own decisions. You can read the glossary. You can watch the free lessons.

You cannot scrape the site at scale. You cannot resell or republish the free content. You cannot use it to train your own AI model. You cannot reverse-engineer our calculators or claim them as your own.

Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase we refund you in full. No questions, no haggling. Email info@gnosisfi.com. We refund to the same payment method you used.

Stripe payments are refunded to the original card. Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

USDC payments are refunded in USDC to the wallet address you paid from. We cover the gas fees.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We are generally generous if the request is reasonable.

Acceptable use

You can use GnosisFi to learn. You cannot use it to:

Harass, threaten, or harm other students or staff.

Spam our forms or contact channels.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

Scrape, mirror, or otherwise copy the site at scale.

Use automated tools to interact with the site, other than standard browsers and accessibility tools.

Violate any law in your country or ours.

If you do any of these things, we may suspend or close your account.

Intellectual property

We own the course content. You own your notes. We do not claim ownership over anything you create using what you learned.

GnosisFi, the GnosisFi logo, and the editorial design system are our marks. Do not use them in ways that suggest we endorse you or your product.

Pricing changes

The price you paid is the price you paid. If we raise prices later, your purchase stays at the price you paid.

We may run discounts or promotional codes from time to time. If you bought at full price and a discount appears right after, that is not grounds for a partial refund. You are welcome to ask, and we will consider it.

Third-party services

To use GnosisFi you interact with Stripe (for payments) and Supabase (for sign-in). Their terms apply to those parts.

We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services we depend on, but we will work to resolve them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to GnosisFi is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. We are not liable for losses you incur from trading or investing decisions you made. See the educational content section above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Medellin, Colombia, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that meaningfully affects your rights, we will email everyone with an account and post a notice on this page with a new Last updated date.
