Token Holder
A token holder is a person or entity that holds a particular digital token. In an RWA structure, that token may represent ownership, economic rights, a financial claim, access rights or another type of interest depending on how the product is designed.
Why it matters to you
Being a token holder tells you that you possess the token. It does not, by itself, tell you exactly what you legally own. The rights attached to the token are determined by the legal documents and structure behind the investment.
