Voting Rights
Voting rights allow investors or owners to vote on certain decisions relating to a company, fund, asset or investment structure. The decisions investors can vote on depend on the rights attached to the investment.
Why it matters to you
Owning a token does not automatically give you voting rights. Some tokenized investments provide economic exposure without giving investors control over management decisions. Others may include specific voting rights as part of the investment.
