Prediction market liquidity describes how easily contracts can be bought or sold without causing a large change in price.
Why it matters to you
A market displaying: 63% may look precise. But if there is very little liquidity behind that price, a relatively small trade may move the market substantially. Higher liquidity generally makes it easier to enter and exit positions near the prices displayed.
