Mispricing
Mispricing occurs when a prediction contract's market price differs meaningfully from what a trader believes is its fair value.
Why it matters to you
Prediction traders are looking for situations where: Market probability ≠ their best estimate of fair probability. But disagreement alone does not prove the market is mispriced. The trader still needs a defensible reason for believing their estimate is superior.
