Liquidity Grab
Liquidity grab is a trading term commonly used to describe a relatively quick move through an area of expected liquidity followed by a rejection or reversal.
Why it matters to you
Traders often use the term when price briefly moves beyond an obvious high or low, triggers activity around that level and then returns back through it. The term is descriptive rather than proof that a particular participant deliberately manipulated the market.
