Tokenized Debt

Tokenized debt is a debt obligation or investment interest represented using blockchain based tokens. It can include tokenized bonds, loans, private credit and other arrangements where one party owes money to another.

Why it matters to you

Tokenization can improve how debt instruments are issued, administered, transferred or settled, but it does not remove the borrower's obligation to repay. The quality of the borrower, repayment terms, collateral and legal enforceability remain central to the investment.
