Relative Mispricing
Relative mispricing occurs when the price of one prediction contract appears inconsistent with the price of another related contract.
Why it matters to you
A trader may be uncertain about the exact probability of either event but still identify that their prices do not appear reasonable relative to each other. This creates a different type of analytical opportunity from simply deciding whether one contract is too cheap or too expensive.
