Portfolio Greeks

Portfolio Greeks measure the combined Greek exposures of multiple options positions. A portfolio can therefore have: net Delta, net Gamma, net Theta, net Vega, and net Rho.

Why it matters to you

Individual options do not exist in isolation when several positions are held. A trader may believe they are diversified while the portfolio actually carries substantial exposure to one underlying direction, volatility or another common risk factor.
