At the Bid
At the bid describes a transaction executed at or around the displayed bid price.
Why it matters to you
A trade at the bid may indicate aggressive selling pressure in that option, but it does not automatically mean the trader has taken a bearish market position. They may be: closing a long option, opening a short option, or executing one component of a larger strategy.
